Jaywalk 10 Year Old Bonded Rye Whiskey
Distillery Exclusive
Announcing our first ever distillery exclusive, a one-of-a-kind 10 Year, Bonded, Single Barrel at exceedingly limited quantity.
Only 172 bottles exist from barrel 1271!
Distilled on August 4, 2016 and barreled at 115 Proof, it was left to aged in Warehouse A in Pine Island, New York and allowed to slowly mature.
It was sampled twice per year from 2022-2024 and five times through the course of 2025 as we searched for just the right character to bottle as our first offering to celebrate the opening of Jaywalker - our new cocktail bar and and event space.
Hand selected by Allen Katz, it was bottled at 100 Proof, as required by law, on September 30, 2026.
This barrel is showing the remarkable and pleasurable hallmarks of Horton rye, the variety we exclusively distill.
The distinct and gentle honeyed nose indicates that this is no ordinary rye whiskey and stoned fruit undulating throughout are balanced beautifully by soft baking spices and a rich finish.

BOTTLED IN BOND
A Protected American Whiskey Tradition
Bottled in bond is a protected American whiskey designation. The whiskey must come from one distiller at one distillery during a single distilling season, mature for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse, and be bottled at exactly 100 proof.
This release comes from a single barrel, not a blend. Distilled on August 4, 2016 and barreled at 115 proof, it matured in Warehouse A in Pine Island, New York. Allen Katz selected barrel 1271 for bottling at 100 proof on September 30, 2026. Only 172 bottles exist.

GROWN IN NEW YORK
NINE YEARS OF PATIENCE BEGINS IN THE FIELD.
New York-grown rye forms 75% of the mash bill. The wider Jaywalk rye program includes Horton, a historic New York variety restored from just ten surviving seeds.
