TOT & TONIC

1 ½ oz  Perry’s Tot – Navy Strength Gin

 Add to a collins glass; fill with ice and top with chilled club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.


INNOCENTI

1 oz  Perry’s Tot – Navy Strength Gin
¾ oz  Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
¾ oz  Lillet Blanc
¼ oz  Benedictine

Stir ingredients over ice until exceedingly well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.


700 SONGS GIMLET

1 ½ oz  Perry’s Tot – Navy Strength Gin
¾ oz  Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz  Simple Syrup
¼ oz  Cinnamon Syrup

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish (optional: light dusting of grated nutmeg).

SAUVETAGE

1 oz  Dorothy Parker Gin
1 oz   Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
½ oz  Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz  Ramazotti

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.


THE ACERBIC MRS. PARKER

2 oz  Dorothy Parker Gin
½ oz  Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz  Hibiscus Syrup
¾ oz  Combier Orange Liqueur

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel. Serve with a straw.


Cocktails made with Mister Katz's Rock & Rye


BIG IRON

2 oz Mister Katz’s Rock & Rye
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients in an old-fashioned glass. Stir over a large ice cube.


CAVE CREEK

1 ¼ oz Mister Katz’s Rock & Rye
1 oz Pig’s Nose Scotch Whiskey
¾ oz  Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Real Grenadine
¼ oz Campari

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with chilled seltzer. Garnish with a lemon twist.  Serve with a straw.

KINGS OF MANHATTAN

2 oz Jaywalk Rye
½ oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
½ oz Punt e Mes
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters

Stir ingredients over ice until exceedingly well-chilled. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a brandied cherry on a cocktail pick.
